Mike noticed on his way into work today that David Archuleta would be at the newly opened Deseret Book next to his work. So we headed down for a great little concert. Nice guy, great singer! I don't know what song he sang of his own ( Katelyn would know), but the 2nd song he sang was Broken Road by Rascal Flats and he sang it a capella. It was good! Fun to meet with the local celebs!

we love david too!! he was the only american idol contestant to ever get a real counted vote from our telephone. he's got to be a genuinely nice guy to do a concert for deseret book, right? he was on an episode of icarly last week an i about peed my pants! i was more excited to see him on tv than the kids!

Well it's good he's charming in person, but really? Why do girls swoon over him? I don't get it...it's like the Jonas Brothers thing...it must be like our equivalent of NKOTB...oh, geez...that SO dates me! :)
