Two years ago this month Mike made the decision to leave a big, secure, successful firm and join a new firm in its first beginnings- Mitchell and Barlow. Mike had known JB from working with him at Snell and thought things would go well at Mitchell and Barlow. And they have!! It is scary when you have to take a risk, but when you know someone is going to work as hard as Mike does it is all going to work out.

In case people are wondering, Mike is really asleep at his home computer in that picture. No time for real sleep when you work as hard as he does.
