Feel the Love

I can't believe I didn't take pictures... we had our annual Valentine's breakfast. Lots of yummy food and everybody ends up eating just the donuts and drinking some fine chocolate milk.

Fixed Amy's hair
Went to the school to help with all the parties and Brigham's 1st grade teacher shared with me what wisdom Brigham had bestowed upon his fellow classmates that day concerning LOVE...

Jess and I orchestrated about 150 pinnings of Cupid's Heart on his arrow for the 1st and 3rd graders! We wanted to shoot Cupid ourselves at the end of the day. Tyler showing his fine skills below

Lots and lots of candy!

this was dropped by Amy's "true love" on the doorstep

She returned this doorbell drop to her "true love"
"I'm Hooked On You"- jar of gummy worms

Took the kids to my parents and Mike and I headed up to Snowbird for a delicious, quiet, romantic dinner. It was a fabulous day filled with fun and lots of love!

Monster Rally!!

Mine and Mike's first date was to a Monster Truck Rally!! That was before cameras were invented. So sorry, no pics, which is sad because Mike had a crazy, mad mullet! Business in the front - partee in the back!!
14 years later... we decided to take the whole fam! It was a blast!
There were 3 drivers from south Davis county! Represent!
No it was not chilly! This was the best we could do to cover everyone's ears to dampen the noise

Thanks to David for letting Mike borrow one of your shirts!

I think the favorite were the motocross stunts!

A crash...Awesome!!!... we mean ohhhh :( ...still pretty awesome!
ANOTHER CRASH!!! This was a female driver that  landed too bumby and came down on the cement barrier.

We have a teenager!!!!

It's official! Kates is 13!!!

(Her BFF surprised her with this in her room when she got home from school)

As someone at work so kindly pointed out to Mike, "You could be a grandpa in 7 years"! Katelyn probably doesn't feel any different but us adults are feeling a little older. Uggg! Let time stand still for a bit.

We remember that awesome day Katelyn came into our lives!

Katelyn is not big on ice cream or cake so we went with a fruit pizza this year.

Horseshoe ring
It almost looks as if they think the presents are theirs.

She has been waiting for her birthday to open her very own bank account
to save all her babysitting moula

For her birthday we took her and her BFF to see BYU ambassadors downtown.

Huntington Beach

Adri wanted to play around with her camera on the beach so we headed to Huntington beach to catch the beautiful sunset. (disclaimer: these are not Adri's pics... obviously)
