Happy Birthday Batman!

Christian had a wild, fun birthday!

 

He celebrated with his preschool class. They each made him a cupcake card and his teacher gave him a balloon after they all sang to him.

 

 

Gma and Gpa sent him a funny card so we went shopping to get him the duct tape

he so desperetly wanted. Amy made him a duct tape wallet with it.

 

When all the big kids got home from school we headed to Get Air to jump, jump, jump!

 

 

 

 

 

Then to In N Out for dinner

 

Cake and Ice Cream and presents!

We headed down to Dixie for spring break! Thanks to Gma and Gpa for getting such a nice place to spring from! B& L are the best hostess!

 All us women folk enjoyed the General Women's Conference

 

After Sacrament Meeting we went to tour downtown St. George.

First stop, Brigham Young's Summer home.

 

My kids love re purposed garbage and they thought this horse was awesome! he even had a metal heart inside of him!

Katelyn enlightened us with a tidbit from her Utah studies class- If Brigham Young has a beard in the picture then he lived in Utah. He never had a beard before settling Utah.

 

 Went to church with B&L and went over for a yummy dinner and the park.

 Snow Canyon. We road our bikes all over. Lots of nice trails in St G.

 They will only sit still for a picture if there is a promise of a silly picture at the end! Silly kids!

 We got to the end of one trail, but Briggy like to keep going. He wanted to get to the highest point, even if there was no trail. The kid has no fears.

And of course, lots of golf! I think Mike golfed over 30 holes. This is such a pretty area!

Call us crazy, but when we saw this pic of Claire Grandma took we all couldn't believe how much she looked like Jessie. We showed Claire's pic to Jessie and asked her who it was and she said it was "Jessie"! When Claire was born her baby pics looked a lot like Christian's baby pictures.

They must all be related!

Happy 3rd Birthday JNB!

This birthday has been coming for quite awhile now- thanks to Christian! The minute Valentine's Day was over Christian announced that Easter was the next holiday and Jess knew that meant her birfday was coming!!



She has been practicing showing how old she is on her fingers!

 

 

 She waited and waited for everyone to get home for her birthday party! But couldn't quite make it and fell asleep at 6:45pm. She missed the WHOLE evening!! Older siblings really wanted some cupcakes and we tried to wake her up, but she slept on.

 

So this morning before school we had her birthday party!

We had a great group of kids and they all did a great job!

First trip out

Mike dusted off the 4 wheelers and we headed up into the mountains. Didn't get very far before we ran into some snow.

Camping out for Chick Fil A

My mom and Ginny camped out at Chick Fil A for 24 hours to be one of 100 customers to get free sandwiches for a year! Strict rules and lots of fun! 

Ginny made it  in the first drawing, but my mom got something like #105.

 

By the end of the 24 hours, there were enough people to be disqualified for my mom to make the 100 people.

We babysat Crayton so Ginny could camp out.
