Music Fills the Air

Katelyn had her Spring Band Concert at the end of school. it was fabulous. The kids had improved so much! Mr. King is an amazing teacher. My favorite was the patriotic arrangement at the end with all the bands together. Katelyn will keep playing the clarinet and then will play the guitar for Jazz band.

Amy the Decathlete

Amy was asked to represent her school and the 5th grade this year at the Davis County District's Annual Decathlon. Amy and her friends did a great job and had fun, but didn't finish in the top 5. Turns out Kaysville has some great decathletes.

Christian the Graduate

Christian has been going to the Little Brown Schoolhouse Preschool run by a wonderful lady, Miss Mary in our ward.

He has loved it and learned so much. His favorite thing about preschool was the "fieldtrips". at the end of his graduation his teacher can him his notebook with a collection of work he had done and pictures taken throughout the year. he absolutely loved it and looks at it all the time! On to Kindergarten!

 

Brigham Spring Soccer

Super proud of Brigham for finishing a great soccer season. His team lost their coach and one of their star players, but they carried on and worked hard! Brigham scored at least one goal almost every game. his least favorite position is goalie.

Christian Spring Soccer

Christian had another awesome soccer season. By the end the boys were actually passing to each other. It was awesome!

Amy has also been  going to a cheer prep class. She has learned to do the back handspring all by herself. She and her friends love to apply their cheer skills on the trampolines around the neighborhood.

Amy is having a great season! She loves her team and her coach is awesome. They have played 7 games so far and only lost once.

Katelyn has had a stressful end to this school year... a little taste of things to come...college.
She always works hard and it paid off! She tried out for the Jazz band and will be the guitar player next year!
